Four days after a judge briefly detained her for failing drug tests, Lindsay Lohan has entered a live-in rehab facility in Southern California to seek help for substance abuse, TMZ is reporting.
No other information is given in the report, other than that the Mean Girls actress will likely stay at the facility until her next court date on Oct. 22.
