Bret Michaels Repeats: I Did Not Do Tish Cyrus!

He's already denied it, but Bret Michaels wants to make it absolutely clear: he did NOT have an affair with the mother of Miley Cyrus.

The rumor that Michaels and Tish Cyrus slept together, prompting Miley's dad to call for a divorce, popped up earlier this month. It was quickly shot down by the rocker's rep, but Bret was asked about it again Fox & Friends yesterday and simply replied:

"The answer is no."

He then went into detail about his dealings with the Cyrus family, which included a duet with Miley on "Every Rose Has Its Thorn."

"I've been friends with her family forever," Michaels said. "It started out with me and Miley simply working on a song together. Her mom, Tish, likes "Every Rose Has Its Thorn," the first concert Miley ever saw was Poison, and so they wanted to remake it for the new record.

"When I was in the studio, Miley came in and sang on my song... and that was it."
